We bought a Nissan Qashqai back in July 2023 from Joe, a car dealer in his own league who provided the service that we was hoping for. He provided free warranty and roadside assistance and assured my wife she could come back if she had any issues. You can walk around his dealership and see all the awards Golden Motors have received and see why as he does not fit any of the stereotypes that we have experienced with other dealerships.

Buying a used car is stressful but they really made it an enjoyable and relaxed experience. I have 2 kids and really needed a knowledgeable approach with what car to go with including the safety features and size. I actually bought my car 1.5 months ago and thought I'd wait before I give my full opinion on the dealership. This is of course my first car and I am very satisfied with, 1. the cars available at the showroom are looked after so well and detailed with care, 2. the cars are well priced and attractive, 3. the customer service from start to finish is professional with a friendly environment and not pushy at all like other dealerships 4. the team give good advice and information. I left the showroom confident and can confirm it was a pleasant experience.

The whole online buying experience was made easy, efficient and reliable. I was not sure about how I felt about buying a car online but I didn't have much of a choice, however, Joe sent me all the required information and steps with detailed videos. Jennifer was helpful guiding me with the delivery details alongside ETA and the handover was professional. I was so happy with the condition the car arrived in and was assisted by the agent on how to function a few things (first-time owning a car). Finally an Audi owner and a happy one to!

It can be challenging buying a new car when coming to a new contry im not sure of the proccess in the u.k., but jennifer and jo where lovely sales people to deal with. They explain very well how it works and even helped me with insurance and road tax. I get also a warranty with the car and aa cover. My husband test drive the car and was happy to buy straight away. All paper work was finished quickly but explained to us and we have had the car for 1 month now and only positive feedback we have for this showroom. thank you again!

A pleasant experience i had with golden motors sales team. I purchased a mini country 6 weeks ago and have no criticisms to say in-fact the car is in a condition i had always been searching for. I viewed the car at their site and couldn't drive it back the same day so they offered me a delivery which was convenient in my case as i was not local. My overall buying experience was easy and completed professionally with lots of assistance. Honestly much appreciated and have definitely recommended to those close to me.

This is the place to buy for peace of mind!
I recently purchased a VW golf mk7 2013. I was nervous and made many phone calls asking questions but Golden Motors were very patient with me during every call. The MOT of the vehicle was due to expire soon and the offered to renew it for me for additional £50 regardless of what would be flagged on the MOT. This gave me a lot of peace of mind. I checked online the name of the place that provided the MOT service to confirm the thoroughness of their checks and I was pleased.They delivered the car to my house and as promised I have a free 6 month warranty and AA cover for the year. The car itself was in very good condition, very clean, smelt good and makes a proud owner. They sent me a video of the interior and exterior prior to purchase and overall provided a good experience.

Happiest buyer! Love my new mini and loved the service I received from the team. I was anxious to buy a new car, but the procedure was pretty much straight forward,, and the car dropped off to my address. Before purchasing I attended the showroom and the car was not at all different to the images provided online. The description was detailed, and the vehicle was as described in the advert. I received advice suitable for my budget, and also offered free delivery because of corona virus. The car was well presented, and extremely clean as well as the rest of the stock available at the showroom. The car price was negotiable, and I was assisted with a 5 day insurance temporarily until I found something suitable in price. A big thank you to the team for guiding me, as I'm certainly a person that asks a lot of questions. Hopefully I'll be back in the future for an upgrade!

I came to Golden Motors because of the services they provided as a company and the customer service provided. I was interested in the vehicle they had for sale and they helped me attain finance for the vehicle at a competitive rate along with the cleanliness of the vehicle itself, I was blown away. I purchased the vehicle with simplicity and a clear understanding of what the finance entails and purchased along with the vehicle an extended warranty at a reasonable price. The car was very clean inside and outside and clearly looked after well by the company. I was also provided with a 12 month AA breakdown cover and was easily able to change the tyres of the vehicle at the showroom thanks to the tyre shop they have available. Overall one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car and will definitely be coming back when I want to upgrade.

He was very patient and answered any queries fully before I arrived in London. The car was exactly as described and on my run back home via Holly Head the mini ran like a dream for the 500k journey.
